Cancellation & Refund Policy – LicenseDekho

At LicenseDekho, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent services to our clients. We strive for complete customer satisfaction. However, if you wish to cancel an order or request a refund, the following policy will apply:

🛑 Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of payment confirmation.
• Once the documentation or government process has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

💸 Refund Policy

• If service processing hasn’t started and the cancellation is valid, a refund will be issued after deducting processing fees.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds will be issued via NEFT. Bank account details must be provided by the customer.

🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
• Failure to submit required documents on time.
• Government or third-party fees already paid on your behalf.
• No response or communication from the customer after placing the order.
